We ship globally from four strategically located hubs, in order to minimise shipping costs, which results in savings passed over to our customers. Depending on where in the world you're ordering from, your order will either be shipped from the US, UK, Germany or Bahrain. Below you will see which geographical areas are covered by each hub.

After you've purchased your items, you'll receive an email with confirmation of your order number along with a receipt for your payment. Be sure you check your Spam & Junk folders, in case the email doesn't end up directly in your Inbox.
Immediately after you complete your purchase at VitaMENAStore, your order will be sent to which ever global hub corresponds to your delivery location and within 24-48 hours, you will receive a Tracking ID.
Below we break down the fulfilment process, which kicks in immediately after your purchase:
Order Handling – You will receive an email immediately after ordering with your order details and a receipt for your goods. Within 24-48 hours of this, your item will be dispatched to you and a Tracking ID will be sent to you by email, for one of our fulfillment suppliers, i.e. USPS, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail or Deutsche Post
US Orders – We typically dispatch your order, with USPS Priority Mail, which takes anything from 1-3 Business Days to arrive, once dispatched. On occassion orders are shipped directly from Amazon.com warehouses
Cananda Orders – We send out all orders to Canada using USPS Priority Mail Express International, taking anything from 3-5 Business Days to arrive, once dispatched
Central & South America –We send out all orders to Central & South America using UPS from the States, and they require anything from 3-7 Business Days to arrive, once dispatched
UK Orders – We send out all orders to the UK using Royal Mail, taking anything from 3-5 Business Days to arrive, once dispatched. They're sent as Registered Deliveries and require signature
European Orders – We send out all orders to everywhere else in Europe using DHL. The items are sent out from our hub in Frankfurt, taking anything from 3-5 Business Days to arrive, once dispatched
Middle East, Africa, Asia & Australasia Orders – We send out all other international orders from our hub in Bahrain with DHL, taking anything from 3-8 Business Days to arrive, once dispatched
NOTE - Depending on stock levels, your order may be dispatched from a different hub to the one automatically assigned for your location and you will not be charged any additional shipping costs.
From time-to-time a delay may be experienced, where your items may be held up going through Customs at the destination country, which may last for several working days. This is the nature of shipping dietary food supplements globally, across borders. However, our team do the best we can to make sure this delay is avoided and if it occurs, we do our utmost to expedite processing and keep you abreast of any possible delivery delays, every step of the way.
International Shipping and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. Fees charged depend on the country of delivery, and must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package. VitaMENAStore is unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. You're welcome to email is on email@example.com, and where possible, we will assist in guiding you to your local customs regulations and advice on likely possible additional charges.
We have carefully selected all of our shipping partners and their respective shipping services, having had over a decade of experience in shipping dietary food supplements across the world.
Your delivery charges will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the country for which you are having the item(s) delivered. Several of our products, containing a supply of vitamins & supplements for 30 to 90 days (or more) are fairly heavy and therefore delivery costs are slightly higher than they may be for other smaller items. However, our delivery charges are based on what our 3rd party courier suppliers charge us to fulfill the delivery within the 1-8 Business Days time frame we commit to, for all countries across the globe. We currently do not offer any other delivery options, based on reduced charges for longer delivery times, and only provide a delivery service which will ensure the delivery of the items as quickly as possible, with minimal risk of delays by Customs officials.
Occasionally we run shipping promotions for select destinations, and these typically reflect on our Homepage and when checking out your purchase.
